What Is The Difference Between A Dry Sauna And A Wet Sauna?
i moved to this cool place that has both a wet and dry sauna and i don’t know what the difference is besides the heat. I mean like which is for what use? What is the difference of using them?

when I had a bronchial problem I was advised to sit in a wet (steam) sauna as this would help open up my lungs and help be breath better.
I don’t know if that helps.

Dry sauna you don’t throw water on the stove. Very lame, as there isn’t much variety in the feeling.
It feels like getting into a car that has been sitting in the sun for a few hours.
Wet sauna you throw water on the stove.
You can throw more water or less water depending on how hot you want it.
Go for the wet sauna.
