What do you think about a Finnish sauna, Infrared sauna alternative?

When I hear about Finnish sauna Infrared sauna as an alternative, I’m not sure about its safety. I post an article: ► http://saunabanyaspa. Blogspot.Com/2008/03/traditional-vs-infrared-sauna.Html and I believe in traditional sauna, banya Russian and Turkish hammam we heat up our body from outside.

But in the case of infrared saunas, we warm up the interior.

It is a problem?

Does anyone knows about the possibility to combine a walk-in shower and an infrared sauna?

Infrared saunas are designed to heat the body and not the air.

The far infrared ray is a form of electromagnetic light energy that heats the body, but not the surrounding air. When a higher wavelength of light warms an object not of gases in the atmosphere between the source and the object is called radiant heat, or more correctly, Far Infrared Radiation (FIR). Far Infrared is used in hospitals to warm preemies in incubators! It should also not cause tanning or skin cancer, and people who feel that traditional saunas too hot for them to enjoy these saounes.Diavaste more about it here:

Well I do not have much information about the infrared sauna, but I can say that you just can not stand t Compared with traditional wood-heated sauna or Finnish sauna smoke I think it is simple. . Very modern.

Well just my opinion, as a Finn, but Infrared saunas should be safe, at least.
