Is it protected to utilize Sauna Belt for getting rid of belly or will there be some side effects?
It was being claimed that using Sauna Belt for 1 hour gets 4 cms. Of additional fat melted. I don’t know , if it is veritable and even if it is true, is it protected?

its a lot of bull, it doesnt do a thing to fat, it will make you sweat and lose a little water but you can get a rash or fungus from being all sweaty there all the time.

they are completely useless. they only cause a temporary loss of water no actual fat loss. you can’t spot reduce fat stores
