The
missing part of your total health program: using a far infrared sauna
What if Big Pharma was marketing a great new drug to lose weight,
detoxify deeply, strengthen your cardiovascular system, reduce arthritis
and fibromyalgia pain, boost the immune system, enjoy stress relief, improve
circulation, increase your metabolic rate, have less chronic fatigue,
reduce back pain, provide celluite reduction, better looking skin, and
let you relax and revitalize?
Would you do what Big Pharma TV commercials tell you to do, “ask
your doctor” for a prescription?
In this case, you wouldn’t have to ask for a prescription or take
any drug. Instead, you could experience these benefits at home, using
a far infrared portable sauna. Here’s how far infrared works.
The sun produces a wide variety of things in its electromagnetic
spectrum. Most of these are invisible to us.
The invisible things from the sun include cosmic rays, gamma rays,
x-rays, and UV (ultraviolet) rays which, though invisible, burn or tan
your skin.
Other invisible output from the sun includes infrared rays (including
far infrared), microwaves, long waves and radio waves.
The sun produces visible light. We are familiar with that light
and its many colors by using our eyesight.
Humans cannot see anything smaller than 40 microns in size. You
cannot see far infrared rays, but you certainly can feel their warmth.
If you are outside on a cool, sunny day, the sun provides you warmth,
but if a cloud temporarily covers the sun, suddenly you feel chilly, even
though the air temperature is still the same.
That warmth is from far infrared rays.
Note: a micron (known also as a micrometer) is one-millionth of
a meter. Far infrared rays, including non-purified FIR rays, range between
4 to 1,000 microns.
However, purified far infrared rays measure specifically in the
4 to 14 micron range. The human body can easily absorb wavelengths between
4 to 14 microns (since human cell wavelength is 9 microns).
Therefore, the 4 to 14 micron range is optimal for human beings
receiving far infrared rays for health optimization purposes.
It is not safe--indeed, it may be dangerous--to buy a sauna using
near infrared or infrared rays--alone or together with far infrared rays.
You are totally safe using a 100% far infrared only product, “purified"
precisely to the 4 to 14 micron level, optimal for the human body.
Adding a portable far infrared sauna is a good way to enhance your
healthy practices—eating organic food, regular exercise, restful sleep,
using nutritional supplements, and working with an alternative physician.
Every home should have an far infrared portable sauna.
I used conventional heat saunas at the YMCA for several years.
While these are good, far infrared saunas produce far better results.
Far infrared rays penetrate the skin a few inches, stirring things up
in your body to improve health from the inside out. Conventional heat
saunas simply heat your skin.
If you’re still unconvinced, let’s consider a few more far infrared
sauna benefits—lowering of blood pressure, increase in the elasticity
of arteries, cardiovascular rehab, helper to exercise (20 to 30 minutes
in a far infrared sauna is like a six mile run, burning up 600 calories),
and it warms cold hands and feet.
There are more benefits: stimulates the hypothalmus (which controls
neurochemicals involved in sleep, mood, pain, blood pressure), improve
lymph circulation by sweating out toxins, lowers 2-5 % of body fat in
20 minutes as fat liquifies at 100 degrees Farenheit.
And there is even one more benefit: exfoliation, better skin (cosmetic
benefits, removing dead cells, dirt, chemicals) plus helps skin act as
body's largest and best elimination organ.
Add to the list elimination of toxic metals AND other toxins--body
detoxification, mercury detoxification. Also detoxification of aluminium,
dioxins, PCB's, cadmium, toxins from plastic products, lead and nickel.
Every home should have—and use regularly—a far infrared portable
sauna. You can buy one for about $1,000—less than you’d spend a wall-to-wall
home entertainment system, which has no known health benefits.
A far infrared sauna: what a great addition to a healthy lifestyle.
