Sauna or steam is great for your skin, lungs, muscle soreness and mental state but robs your body of essential moister.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;So, you need to replenish what you&#039;ve lost. Plain water will not contain the electrolytes so substitute with diluted fruit juice (my favorite is pomegranate with britta filtered water and a splash of sparking water) or sports drink.</description>
